Inside your duplex, you’ll find:

- A beautiful living and dining area with a smart TV, a large sofa, and a dining table for six

- A fully equipped open kitchen that connects seamlessly to the dining space

- On the same level, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an open bathroom

- Two additional bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room

- The entire apartment is air-conditioned, except for the jacuzzi area (Non functional)

A laundry is located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The apartment is not equipped with a washing machine.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
