THE APARTMENT

Upon arrival, a spacious living room combining modernity and Mediterranean colors will welcome you, with everything you will need during your stay:

- A fully-equipped kitchen
- A dining area
- A lounge with a smart TV

This room has access to a large terrace, equipped with an outdoor living room set, as well as sun loungers, to offer you some unique relaxing time while admiring the sea.

- The first bedroom features a queen size bed (160 cm), a large integrated dressing room, as well as an office space, very useful during business trips.
- The second bedroom, offers a king size bed (180 cm) as well as storage space.
- The last bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds.

These three rooms also have access to the apartment’s terrace.

Two bathrooms complete the floor plan:

- A full bathroom with tub, shower and toilets
- An additional shower room (with built-in toilets)

In short, this apartment offers you convenient amenities as well as optimal comfort for 6 people, right in front of the sea…

WHAT'S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Ideally located, this apartment allows you to access the harbor and the beach of the Mouré Rouge district in just two minutes on foot. You can also enjoy a game of petanque or a relaxing walk at the Place de l'Étang, just a 7-minute walk away.

After a few steps down your street, in less than 5 minutes on foot you will be able to:

- Reach the famous Croisette area.
- Go to the Palm Beach district and enjoy a beautiful view of the Croisette seafront or do some shopping in the neighborhood stores (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.)
- Choose from numerous (and very good) restaurants for diner (Duplex, Mouré Rouge, L’Écrin, La Petite Maison, Le Tamaris, etc...)

And in less than 7 minutes by car you can:

- Visit the Palais des Festivals.
- Go to the train station and take a ride along the Riviera coastal line.
- Climb to the historic Suquet district to discover the medieval part of Cannes, tour the “Suquet of the Artists” or the old fort dominating the city and the sea.
- Access the city center and the famous Rue d’Antibes to do some shopping.

And if you want to get around without a car, a shuttle bus is available 5 minutes away on foot, which will take you to the Palais des Festivals within fifteen minutes or to the center of Cannes within 10 minutes.

There is free street parking in the neighborhood around the apartment.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
