GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

The apartment is a 30-minute walk from the Cannes train station, or 20 minutes by bus. For added convenience, a private chauffeur can be arranged via our concierge service.
If you’re driving, enjoy access to a private underground parking space, and free street parking in the neighborhood.

Located in the charming Palm Beach district, you’ll experience a quaint village-like atmosphere. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find all necessary amenities, including supermarkets, a butcher, fishmonger, bakery, and hair salon.
Planning a trip to downtown Cannes? The famous Croisette is just a 20-minute stroll away, offering a scenic walk between the sea and luxury boutiques. Alternatively, you can take advantage of nearby bus stops for easy public transportation. The Palais des Festivals is also a 20-minute walk from the apartment.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
