The Space:

Finished in the cream, teak and sage palette of every 𝗡𝘂𝘀𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘀 villa — natural, tactile and quietly refined — it rises across two light-filled floors, with the upper-level master opening to some of the loveliest paddy views in the neighbourhood.



Around 125 m² of internal space plus a private pool and terrace, with high ceilings and excellent natural light throughout.

Part of the beauty of a villa beside the paddies is how close it lives to nature — open views, birdsong, and a garden that breathes right into the home.



With that comes nature itself, a little more than a fully enclosed villa: geckos on the walls (a sign of good fortune here), butterflies through the garden, and ants, mosquitoes or small insects that are simply part of tropical life, especially in the warm, humid months.



This is a normal part of living in Bali, not a fault, and no amount of treatment removes it entirely — it only keeps it in check.



We carry out professional pest control every four weeks, far more often than most; and both bedrooms close fully and are air-conditioned, so you always have a sealed, cool retreat for sleeping.

Most villas offer a pretty room and a pool. At 𝗡𝘂𝘀𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘀, the difference is wellness. Our villas are cared for around the signature in-villa ritual of Ibu Nenek, a Balinese master therapist carrying sixty years of healing, grandmother to granddaughter — so rest and a true sense of exhale are part of the stay, not an afterthought.



You are met at the gate with the Frangipani Blessing, chilled lemongrass towels and Balinese iced tea. Roro stays gently reachable throughout, and sees you off with a small farewell gift in the Balinese tradition.

The one-time cleaning fee paid at booking covers full professional cleaning after check-out, including laundering of all linens and towels, and preparing the villa to the same standard you'll find on arrival. Your villa is also your private sanctuary — uninterrupted by daily staff — so daily housekeeping is not included; this keeps our nightly rates lower and lets you add a mid-stay refresh, fresh towels or a linen change whenever you'd like one, for an additional charge.

𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗜𝗜 has an identical twin right beside it — Villa Gaudi I — with its own private pool. Reserve both together and you've a private little compound for families or friends: four bedrooms, two pools, everyone close but no one on top of each other.

Guest Access:

Guest access 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗜𝗜 is entirely yours for your stay — the whole villa, inside and out, with no shared spaces and complete privacy.



You'll have exclusive use of both ensuite bedrooms, the living and kitchen area, the terrace and your own private pool, with dedicated on-site parking for a car or scooters.



Your Villa Hostess and our local team are nearby and reachable throughout your stay should you need anything at all, entering the villa only by arrangement with you — for housekeeping, a requested in-villa wellness treatment, or at your invitation.

𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗜𝗜 sits among the rice-field lanes of 𝗧𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗸 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝘂𝗵, a quiet, green pocket a little north of central Canggu that more and more travellers are seeking out. It keeps the older, gentler character of Bali — open paddies, unhurried lanes, a settled residential calm — while the island's best-loved cafés, beaches and clubs stay comfortably close.



The trade is a lovely one: stillness at home, everything you came for a short ride away.

Getting Around:

Two wheels are the way here, as across all of Canggu and Pererenan — a scooter is simply the quickest route to the cafés, beaches, gyms and shops, most only minutes from the gate.

Prefer not to ride? Grab and Gojek are dependable right across the area, and we're glad to arrange a private driver or a car for the day — the easy choice for airport runs, temple trips or a day exploring further out.
