Bedrooms
Spread across three levels, the villa features nine private bedrooms, each designed with comfort and practicality in mind. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and include a desk, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.
Every bedroom also offers an ensuite bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, shampoo, soap, two bath towels, and two hand towels.
Extra single mattresses can be provided upon request.

Living room
Located on the second floor, the semi-open living room serves as a vibrant social hub. Sliding glass doors open to a breezy balcony with elevated views. Inside, you’ll find an L-shaped sofa, Smart TV with Netflix, PlayStation 4 with games, a pool table, and multiple seating areas.
Wall-mounted fans keep the space cool, and a guest bathroom is conveniently nearby.

Dining and Kitchen
The ground floor transitions seamlessly into the poolside terrace through a semi-open layout that welcomes natural light and tropical air. A solid wooden dining table, kitchen bar seating, and café-style tables offer flexible dining options for groups of all sizes.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge/freezer, rice cooker, blender, microwave, water dispenser, and coffee machine with complimentary coffee.
Powerful wall fans keep the area comfortable throughout the day.

Rooftop and Fitness
Head to the rooftop terrace to enjoy sunset views over Canggu and breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding mountains. Lounge seating invites slow mornings and golden-hour relaxation.

• Peaceful Surroundings – Located in a quiet residential area with no nearby construction, offering an ideal setting for rest and relaxation.
• Guest Capacity – The villa comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. Additional guests may be hosted subject to prior approval and a surcharge of IDR 100,000 per person, per night.
• Extra Beds – Up to three single mattresses are available upon request, subject to availability.
• Private Pool – Professionally serviced and cleaned twice per week.
• WiFi – High-speed internet (200–300 Mbps) is available throughout the villa, including all bedrooms.
• Daily Housekeeping – Housekeeping service is provided Monday through Saturday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout your stay.
• Towels and Linens – Provided at check-in and refreshed every three days. More frequent changes are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Parking – Private parking is available in front of the villa for up to three small vehicles or two larger vehicles.
• Additional Services – Private driver, curated tours, in-villa dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner), scooter rental, and event or decoration setup services are available with advance notice.
• Check-In / Check-Out – Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and applicable fees.
• Parties and Events – Permitted only with prior written approval. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
• Quiet Hours – Observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to preserve a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
• Smoking Policy – Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
• Respect for the Community – Guests are kindly asked to respect local customs and maintain consideration for neighboring residents.
• Tropical Environment – As the villa is located in a tropical setting, occasional sightings of mosquitoes, geckos, or other insects may occur.
