LOCATION: The apartment is located in the center of Canet de Mar, a small village on the coast of Barcelona, family friendly, quiet and very safe, where you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants with excellent cuisine. The apartment is located in a very quiet street with small houses, less than a five minutes walk from the beach and endless promenade alongside excellent for pleasant walks while listening to sea waves, or practice sports activities with a designated bike lane. Also, there are several hiking routes starting from the village to El Montnegre and Corredor mountain range.

Due to its unbeatable location, it allows you to do tourism both in Barcelona city and on the Costa Brava. You can comfortably travel to Barcelona centre by public transport, (train station located less than five minutes walk from the house with regular train times) or if you have a vehicle you can also visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, Lloret de Mar is only 30 km away.

One of its highlights is Pedracastell viewing point and Montnegre-Corredor, part of the Coastal Mountains which protect the region and helps this privileged climate in Canet valley.



Apart from this excellent weather, the over 2.5 km long beach and the forested surroundings, Canet de Mar has the biggest Modernist heritage per square mileage.



We are in a residential neighborhood, where by municipal regulations from 10 pm (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 pm the rest of the days, playing loud music and talking loudly is prohibited on this property. We request you to be considerate with the neighborhood and to avoid unnecessary problems and to enjoy a quiet stay. thanks for your consideration. Parties are not allowed. A municipal parking lot is available a 5-minute walk from the property for an additional fee. Parking can be arranged directly at the lot upon arrival.
