«We had a pleasant stay at Sanctua, the room is as described. The view in the morning, evening and night was stunning with calm water and the mountain. We didn’t have time for kayaking, or it would have been more fun. The staff was friendly and helpful.»

«The hotel has a good location and modern design, but thats about it.
The room had a smell, was far from clean and the staff spoke bad english. The bathroom got closed and had to open by a key nobody told us about.
The resturant closed earlier than staff told us, and there was no other resturants open serving fold by 7-8 o clock.
Im totally aware that most hotels are not totally clean, but when there are multiple dirty spots on the bed sheets it gets disgusting. We had also a cockroach, ...

«We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered ...
