«My stay at Purana Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the people were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The property itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained. Not once did I notice any odors or critters, which made the space feel even more relaxing and comfortable. One of my favorite little touches was the welcome drink. It was so good that it quickly became my go-to drink during my stay. The spa experience was ...

«To be 100% honest ,me and my family liked this villa. The villa admin and employees were very friendly.Pool was clean but the water was still cold due to ambient temp. Rooms were clean and none of the insects were seen in the rooms.Villa area is in a very silent place. It took us 10mins to go to any sightseeing places by taxi. Overall the price and the quality matches together. We will definitly choose this villa again for out future visits.»

«Loveeee the place so muchhh»

«Très bel écrin de calme proche du tumulte d'Ubud. Personnel au petit soin, souriant chaleureux et accueillant. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.»

«The room we had was beautifully situated, a little worn. Some things seemed a little off from the start, like a dead bird on top of the four poster bed, door that did not close properly, shower and hot water in bathtub not working. Bird was removed, the rest remained. In time hygiene was a problem: half drunk welcome drink was not removed and attracted ants, ketchup stains were still there after four days. Front house kept suggesting that all problems were tended to. Great location, come with ...

«Beautiful bungalows and very attentive staff. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction nearby and on the property which was quite bothersome. I’m sure it will be lovely once the this is finished. The bungalow was quite close to the road and traffic could be heard. Beautiful pool area. All food was served on the patio of the bungalow which was lovely but also because the restaurant/bar area was not finished. Only 3 bungalows were completed and as such only one other occupancy while I stayed.»

«Friendly host. The room was updated so it looked nice. There were spiders and spider webs so the place needed improvement with cleaning. I also had a hard time sleeping due to noises from people in the kitchen and roosters crowing. I’m talking early morning like 4/5am. But the cost of the room was cheap.»

«Fantastisk hotell i Ubud. Koselig, vakkert, rolig. Perfekt for en romantisk ferie.»

«Nydelig hotell »

«The staff members were exceptionally kind and accommodating. It was truly the best service I have experienced, provided without the expectation of a tip for every small gesture. Our group of four was treated like royalty throughout our stay. I would certainly return and stay for a longer duration. We even had the opportunity to speak with the hotel owner about the local area and how the business managed to survive during the pandemic. From the driver and front desk personnel to the cooks, every ...

Ordene "thank you" har ...
