«Plates cups and glasses were available as well as some silverware. Tea and coffee provided for the first few days. Dishwashing liquid and shampoo and soap etc was all there and good quality. The gym was adequate with cardio equipment, weights and a pulley station. The room felt a bit tight bc and the AC unit took up a lot of space on the floor. No closet space as the only closet was locked.»

«We loved the parking garage, convenient and safe. With no housekeeping services all week, the floor seemed dirty after a few days. We didn't wear our hiking shoes in the unit and cleaned off other shoes. Our unit was warm and stuffy overnight, ceiling fan helped because the A/C unit was noisy. The kitchen is very nice, loved the full sized appliances. We enjoyed Canmore for its slower pace than Banff. »

«The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern.»

«Litt slitt leilighet, den var bra utstyrt og stor. Bra basseng område ute og inne. Trivelig hotell ikke langt fra sentrum. Gratis buss hver 40 min.»

«Pocahontas cabins was just great. We, a family of four, had a big cabin with two separate bedrooms. The cabin had it all and staff included the manager were just great, too. Breakfast was good with good service personell.»
