«The check-in instructions were not given after the check-in time. Sent message thru Expedia to the host and never got response. I had to search the property management company and called their number. I wasn’t sure if it’s Expedia’s problem or the host. The place was clean and comfortable. The outdoor equipment storage and boots/gloves driers were bonus for snowboarding trip. The only two things I didn’t like were 1) the poor water quality of the condo. «Nice place but the layout is odd. The smaller bedroom has the private en-suite, tv and an exterior door to the balcony. The larger bedroom with larger bed has no tv and a bathroom with shared access. If we had been staying there with out kids when they were a bit younger I would have been really worried about the balcony access and would have had to place them in the king room. «Cozy, comfortable and clean. Great location to walk to downtown. Parking can be difficult in Banff so it was also nice to have a dedicated parking space right your door. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Shower/bathtub was excellent - unlimited hot water and awesome for a soak after a long day of skiing. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. Also nice that it is pet friendly. Good communication with host too. Highly recommend!»
