«Staff were extremely friendly, they even sent a btl of wine to the cabin as a birthday gift...So kind of them... The cabin was very clean...Only reason i gave it an overall 3 stars was because the cabin had an old musty odour i'm assuming dutch is because of the age of the cabins... As well, it's a little bit of a tourist trap, lots of buses and people pulling in to walk the Canyon and I do prefer privacy versus lots of tourists..Hence the 3 stars, but overall rooms were clean. Shower was hot. ...

«Sadly the room wasn’t cleaned properly, the worst experience was pulling the sheets down and seeing a lot of human hair, I was exhausted, slept in my clothes, on top of the covers, took pictures and informed the front office staff in the morning. Complaint was forwarded to the front office manager who called me and left a voicemail with his apology. No further action or compensation has happened yet. I will be sending my complaint to Coast Hotels upper manager as the uncleanliness was ...
