«We had booked 5 rooms for a group of 12 familymembers. Spacious rooms , with a fridge and a microwave. There was a strange smell in our room and the beds where the most squiky beds we have experienced. In one of the other room toilet wasnt working. «We were very happy upon arrival due to great front counter staff and a fast check-in process! Our room was clean and quiet with parking right outside our room. A Starbucks is in the same parking lot,50 steps from our room. Our favorite part had to be the pool with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and also a sauna,we found it busy in the evening but first thing in the morning on both Thursday and Friday we had the pool area to ourselves for most the morning. «The woman who checked me in was pleasant and the room was clean and nice. The woman who checked me out in the morning on the other hand: completely rude and unprofessional. She was also the one who put the breakfast out and at 8:30 (it’s from 8:00am-9:00am) myself and my son, and another French couple came to eat and they had a couple sausages, completely watered down coffee and a completely empty water cooler. «This hotel is in a great location, very central in Canmore so it makes it walkable to restaurants/shops. When we arrived our room was mostly clean, minus you could tell they didn’t wipe surfaces down as there was makeup marks all over the counters I the bathroom. The only downside to our stay was if you’re a light sleeper, the walls are quite thin, you hear all activity outside your room and the fact that they say there is Parking (1 stall per group) but there isn’t.
