«Canmore is great. Place was average. Small furnishings could be improved and the second shower is barely usable for an adult. Resort was above average with hot tub, no jets. Fitness center. We didn’t use the spa but there is one. Also a restaurant on property which looked good but we ate out. Lots of great places in Canmore. I would look at other options to stay in Canmore. Place was ok. Clean, host was good, but might be nicer places for the money in Canmore. It’s a wonderful town and not ...

«Room was very clean, staff was great. But the ad was very misleading regarding location. The ad showed it being in Spring Creek area and the actual location was not revealed until non-refundable payment was made. Very unimpressed as we wanted the other area! False advertising!»

«This could be one of the best condos in Canmore with beautiful mountain views and a spacious suite. Unfortunately the suite was not properly cleaned with dishes in the cupboard having caked-on-food, the underside of the bed full of dust bunnies an a piece of cutlery and food and crumbs on the floor. The furniture needs to be replaced as it is not as shown on the site and is not comfortable for sitting in its current state.»

«The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis.»
