We are in Seccheto, in an exclusive position as it is slightly raised above sea level which guarantees you a breathtaking view, with the reflection of the sun on the sea that is lost on the horizon; just 250 meters from the golden sandy beach, with exclusive parking space from June 1st, before that there will be no parking problems as it is low season.
The apartment offers everything to guarantee a holiday of comfort and relaxation. The area does not need much comment. We are in the heart of the Costa del Sole where there are the most beautiful inlets of golden sand on the whole island, and the most evocative cliffs: from the swimming pools of Seccheto itself, to the famous basins that can be reached with a path from the beach, to the seaside villages a little further on which rise directly along the cliffs such as Pomonte and Chiessi.
We are in the south-western area of the island famous for its breathtaking views, its golden sand beaches, and its stretches of cliff coast that gently immerse themselves in the water creating natural pools and places to practice unique snorkeling type. Light and curious like a swallow.

Seccheto is a work of art in an open-air museum, the Costa del Sole. A coastal stretch of about 10 km where the sea is lived, breathed, admired and never forgotten. The golden sandy inlet of Seccheto is certainly the quietest, a 130 meter beach that opens onto a bay sheltered from the winds and exposed to the south, easy to reach and ideal for families thanks to its gently sloping seabed. While for rock lovers, on the right side you will find beautiful cliffs smoothed by the granite sea where you can relax sunbathing with the sound of the sea gently crashing on the rock; on the left side however, via a path, you can reach the famous Conche, which with its wonderful Anse recall distant equatorial landscapes. Swallow as a symbol of good company, hope, travel.

Bright apartment with terrace overlooking the sea, which offers an incredible panorama of Seccheto and its Gulf, above the roofs of the seaside village. It has a private entrance and the house is accessed by a staircase. The living area consists of a kitchen and a living area where there is a sofa bed and a wall-mounted TV. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with two joinable single beds. Bathroom with shower and bidet. At the back of the house there is a second equipped terrace overlooking the pine forest (in summer it is covered to guarantee a corner of shelter even in the hottest hours) with a small table and a very comfortable outdoor shower; perfect for getting off the sand when returning from the sea. Exclusive parking space about 80 m from the accommodation available from 1 June (in the low season there are no parking problems).
Important Notes:
- parking space available only from 01.06 to 30.09. In case of heavy rain, being close to a ditch, it will not be possible to access the parking lot for safety reasons.
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- air conditioning for a fee, on request, at €8 per day to be paid with the delivery of the remote control
- we remind customers that only regularly registered people can stay in the house
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30 to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
