New two roomed apartment of 50 square metres located in a quiet residential area, where you can reach the beach and the town of Marina di Campo in 15 minutes by foot following a flat route.
At guests' disposal there is a terrace equipped for outdoor dining from which opens a panoramic view of the mountain.

The apartment Giulia consists of a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, there is also a sofa bed for 2 people, a double bedroom with terrace and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is also a terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Important Notes:

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
