The main house is a two-story structure covering approximately 130 m² and comprises 3 rooms. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and bedroom combination featuring a double sofa bed, with direct access to the outside and an open transition to the dining area, which seats 8 people and is complemented by a fireplace. The dining area flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination, and a coffee capsule machine. A shower and toilet are also located on this floor. On the first floor of the main house, 2 bedrooms await. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.60 m wide, while the second bedroom offers a double bed measuring 1.60 m wide and a single bed measuring 0.80 m wide, along with a washbasin. This second bedroom also provides access to the outside via a small loggia and an external staircase. A shower and toilet are available on this floor as well.

The adjacent house spans approximately 35 m² across 2 floors. On its ground floor, you will find a living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchenette equipped with a four-burner stove and a refrigerator, along with a shower and toilet.
