«Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze ...

«The Whiskey Mountain cabins have been my favorite place to stay in the Leakey, TX area. Ihave stayed several times in different cabins. The cabins are very clean and cozy. It's conveniently located between Leakey and Garner State Park. The hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive to any needs you have.»

«Cabin & surroundings are so beautiful. Very peaceful to be in nature, deer & lots of birds. Comfortable bed, very clean excellent cabin well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive & very nice. Would definitely recommend & stay there again. Loved relaxing on the porches. »

«There was a mix-up with the couple renting the other cabin. They arrived first, and was asked if they were the couple with the dog, and they said yes and were let in the cabin. When we arrived they had started unpacking, so we agreed to let them stay on our cabin, and we stayed in there cabin.There was no loft in our cabin, but we had paid for it. We were not going to make it an issue. We did enjoy our stay. Bed and couch very comfortable. Needs more light in kitchen area.»

«I held a yoga retreat there and the house was perfect for 15 women! The beds were so comfortable, everything was spacious. I really loved the openness of the communal spaces. There were multiple places for everyone to gather together and that was important for us. The owners were very helpful with getting everything ready and communication was great. »

The cabin had a little swing out front that the kids loved. We loved the pool and the commercial kitchen adjoining it - we are thinking birthday celebrations u der the Pavillion next year! Wonderful stay. »

«The staff was very friendly. It was a super cute cabin and we absolutely loved the uniqueness of the adult size easy bake oven. Only suggestion would be if the beds were a little more comfortable/soft. I would definitely stay here again. »
