«What a little Gem! Easy to find, great instructions from the Host. Very clean and a super comfy bed. It was very hot whilst we were there but lots of windows which could be opened as well as a ceiling fan and table fan. An absolute plus for me was a cafetière and really nice ground coffee ! About a 25 min walk down hill into Bath and a 10 min bus ride back up. The only negative is the parking but we were able to park next to there church which had no restrictions and we left our car there ...

«A wonderful stay, the Inn is gorgeous! Our room was very clean with wonderful toiletries and amenities. The place was very quiet, which could have been due to the pub being closed that day/eve - worth checking opening days and sorting alternative food out. However, as the pub was closed the owners let us sit out in the beer garden which is beautiful and got us a glass of wine! The breakfast was sensational also, highly recommend a stay here!!»

«Vi hadde et stort og deilig rom m fint bad. Trivelig personale og god frokost. Flott beliggenhet. Vi hadde ikke fått kode fôr ytterdøra (etter kl 19.00) men annen gjest slapp oss inn der nøkkelen lå. Parkeringa ble full hver kveld.Litt vanskelig styring av varme i gulvet på badet, ellers var oppholdet perfekt. »

«Hi Jamie is a lovely young lady that runs the pub. Very helpful. The property is an old pub. There’s homemade food but no breakfast. But up the hill is a great cafe called The Hive. Unfortunately due to the heat we had to have window wide open, the problem is that it’s a is a busy road and therefore you hear lots of traffic noise even late at night . The bedroom 2 has a blind on back wall that lets light in from hall way .( I personally would block ) The shared bathroom needs some work ( ...

«Gammeldags og trivelig hotell i rolige omgivelser. Lite rom, med dusj og toalett på badet. Håndvask var ved sengen. God seng. Fint å gå til sentrum. God frokost i stilig frokosten. Den ble servert på hvit duk. Fin hage. »

«De som jobbet der var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme med både restaurantforeslag og andre spørsmål vi hadde om byen. De passet på at vi hadde det fint og kom med ny te og kaker hver dag. Det eneste negative var at det var litt for varmt på rommet og at sengen ikke var så behagelig. Men ellers en fantastisk opplevelse!»

«Good breakfast (I had full English - too much mushroom, and the sausage too smoked and burned, perhaps Black pudding and/or baked beans should be options, but otherwise good). Room on top floor tiny and bath minuscule, but ok. Standard quality of soaps, I usually bring my own (organic) so no problem. Excellent location only 10-15 min from train station, and 1-2 excellent pubs for an evening ale nearby. »

«A 3-star hotel / bed-and-breakfast - very personal, friendly service. The hotel is visited daily by locals buying newspapers. All meals cooked to order, including breakfast - a nice change to the usual experience in hotels nowadays. We turned up at about 4.30pm to find opening time was 5pm - we must have missed this in the instructions. The hotel was open promptly at 5 pm however. On the Sunday the bar closed at 5pm so dinner had to be elsewhere - not a problem for us as we always tend to have ...
