Isolated double bedroom with wardrobe, king-size bed (150x190 cm) and bathroom with shower (90x90 cm). This bedroom is ideal for the elderly or families with babies. UPSTAIRS FLOOR
Large diaphanous studio with sea and mountain views. Two large double bedrooms with wardrobes and two beds (90x190 cm) in each bedroom. Complete bathroom with bath tub (60x180 cm). RULES AND POLICIES
Maximum occupancy 8 people between adults and children. Guests who are not in the contract are not allowed.
Groups of young people (minimum age 32 years) are not allowed.
No events or celebrations are allowed.
Pets are not accepted.
Maximum 2 children between 2 and 12 years old.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
Electric consumption included in the price 50 KWH per week. Consumption above 50 KWH is charged at €0.45 per KWH. Deposit of €100 per week in cash on arrival to cover extra consumption.
Toursist taxes are not included in the price. They must be paid in cash on arrival at a rate of € 1 * adult (>16 yo) * night (maximum 7 nights).
Before sending the reservation request, read the contract and the rules of the property. The realization of the payment implies the agreement with them.
Once the reservation is accepted, the client will send the signed and completed contract together with a copy of his identity document within 3 days.
