«We had a wonderful stay in the Cart Lodge cottage. Location was perfect - easily accessible from the main yet very quiet and secure with plenty of parking. Cottage had everything we needed - including very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (we cooked multiple times) and a cozy sitting room. Best feature: the sheep! Loved watching them from the window and feeding them digestive biscuits in the morning. We would definitely stay again.»

«Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. »

«Really quirky, interesting property, ideally situated for all the great shops and eateries in Rye. Host was brilliant and provided all the information in an easily accessible format. Beds were comfy. Bathroom really clean. Nice outdoor area for warmer weather. Only downsides were that the main bedroom smelt of damp, the kettle could do with a descale, and the road noise made it tricky to sleep without interruption. Overall, we liked it and it had lots of mod cons including a juicing machine!»
