«Room was comfortable and large. Everything worked. Mr. Hung is an excellent host. Airport transfer, motorbike, make copies all done for us with a smile and the right price. Suggest having coffee available.i usually carry my own but ran out 😊»

«Mr. Hau and his family were really kind and hospitable. The room was clean as shown, we had a small issue with our in room AC unit, but that got resolved with using the proper "mode". Our host was always available in honoring our requests like fixing the AC issue, laundry and bedding cleaning, new towels, more TP. The room was much smaller than anticipated based on the pictures, the supposedly quiet riverside was impacted by a busy schedule of tourist boat tours with very loud music and a primary/ infant school on the other side. «Started off good in communication, but became a bit slow in effective and constructive replies. Had the baby crib requested, but no other amenities. They charge for extra bottle water or towels or a baby high chair, which is different from usual hotels and not so friendly. Their 3 kinds of breakfasts provided were not so great in quality, overflavored.
