맛있는 음식, 친절한 서비스, 객실의 청결함 모두 만족했습니다. 단 한가지 아쉬운 점은 공용공간(로비, 식당 등)이 너무 더웠어요.

Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern (vom Säuglingsalter bis junge Teenager). Toller Kinderklub, super leckeres Essen, schöne Pools Strand. Nur ist Russisch von Vorteil. Mit Englisch kann man sich im Hotel zwar gut verständigen, aber die Ausflüge werden leider nur auf russisch angeboten. Auch im Kinderclub wird viel auf russisch gesprochen (Englisch war dort nicht bei allen Animateuren möglich). So mussten wir Eltern für unsere Kinder bei den guten Spielen zum Übersetzen dabei sein.

공항에서가깝고 . 시설 깨끗 하고 .음식도 괞찬은 편이었습니다 직원들은 프론트 빼고는 거의 영어를 못하고 투숙객들은 러시아인들이 70% 정도 였는데 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다 . 나트랑시내까지는 40정도가야하고 호텔 셔틀 이용하니 편리했습니다

전체적으로 만족합니다
전체적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다 러시아 사람이 많다고 들었는데 한국사람도 꽤보였습니다 음식도 전체적으로 입에 맞았습니다 수영장과 부대시설도 관리가 잘되어 보였습니다 체크아웃 후에도 식사와 부대시설 이용이 모두 가능한 점도 좋았습니다 체크인을 위해 새벽에 공항에서 이동할때 그랩이 잡히지 않아 택시로 이동했으며 15만동 지불했습니다 호텔환전은 21만동 쳐주고 공항에선 22만동 해주시 공항환전하시는 것이 조금 나아보입니다

다시 간다면 2박정도?
주간에 한국말 가능한 직원있음. 음식은 크게 가리지 않는 입맛이면 무난한 편. 다양하게 맛볼수 있는 무료 알콜(진, 코냑, 위스키, 보드카, 맥주, 칵테일.....)만으로도 입이 즐거움. 단 러시아인들 위주로 운영(러시아어)되긴하나 그렇다고 크게 못 어울릴 정도는 아님.

주변에 아무것도 없는 지역이지만 아름다운 해변과 90%가 넘는 러시안 투숙객들로인해 오히려 이국적인 느낌의 리조트 입니다.올클루시브는 정말 최고의 혜택이구요.아름다운 해변에서 러시안들을 보며 사육당하다 온 느낌 입니다. 음식도 먹을 만 합니다.(김치,고추장 정도만 준비 한다면) 하지만 룸의 인테리어는 최악 입니다. 하지만 룸에서는 잠만 자면 되니까...시내가는 셔틀이 더 많으면 좋을 것 같구요. 공항이 가까운 곳인데도 셔틀이 없어서 많이 아쉽구요. 상주하는 택시기사 바가지 씌우려 하는데 한대 때려주고 싶어요. 공항까지 불과 3km 인데 보통 10만동에 갈거리를 타자마자 20만동 달라고 번역기 돌려가며 바가지를 씌우려 함.(모닝택시, 앞 대시보드에 보스 스피커 달려 있고, 키크고 젊은 택시기사)

My arm was twisted into signing up for the "all-inclusive" option, while for one, the quality of the beer and alcohol was totally inadequate, while at the same time Swandor staff members attempted to "up-charge me" for wishing to relax under the covered gazebos, very petty having already paid a significant amount of money to stay there.

We also would like to inform you that booking pavilion on the beach is paid extra and includes special services (mini bar, safebox, shampagne & fruits, snacks by menu, personal waiter).
