Great stay

Room was clean . Needs an upgrade . They charge extra for everything. The all inclusive only gives you a few Restaurante’s to choose from once you’re there at check in they offer you 19 restaurants to choose from for an extra $575 for a week for two people which you have already paid $1275 for the week so that’s extra . They don’t tell you that those restaurants are just good samples …. Yes you read right …, it’s just bites of what you choose on the menu and if you want an alcoholic beverage with your meal is about $25-$35 per drink ….besides the two buffet that you have access to with the not upgraded package those are obviously all you can eat ….. plus you don’t have access to them whenever you want is on schedules . No waiters around the facilities . You must go to the bars or restaurants and order what you want and must wear a tshirt and shorts or formal wear to get in also you can not come from the pool to eat because you’re wet and won’t let you in . Even the coffee shop the rules apply to all facilities unless you’re by the pool bars . The beach lung chairs have NO COVER UMBRELLAS. And if you want the beds or cabanas you have to pay $75 for the day no matter what package you bought . You can’t use all lounge areas with pool / beach view only a few because they will charge you and in that case yes there’s a waiter to serve you but only if you pay $75 extra per day. Overall is ok but won’t stay there again because of all the extra charges For 2 $1850 for 5 nights
