We are located on the North Shore of Long Island only 90 minutes from Manhattan and close to Jamesport, Southold, Greenport and Shelter Island.

Enjoy walking from the bungalow to a private beach in Baiting Hollow, NY. This is a great community for families and friends. From wineries to water parks, farm stands to the aquarium, and outlet shopping for days. You will have plenty to do or just come to relax and enjoy all the Beach house has to offer.

Updated kitchen equipped with: microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, stove, oven, fridge, utensils, dishes, glasses, wine glasses and more, living room with a smart TV, remote controlled ceiling fan and 4 split unit air-condition/heating units. New front deck, featuring a gas grill, a dining table set where you can enjoy dinner outdoors, and coffee in the morning.
