«I've stayed in alot of hotels and motels over the years working construction.
This hotel was horrible, extremely dirty, just gross place. Definitely not worth the 100.00 dollars just because it's by a lake.
Just avoid this place. Very dirty.»

«The Budget Inn was full even though I had a reservation so they sent me to their sister hotel a couple blocks away that had better parking. The room was clean, quiet , and had great water pressure. Maintenance was so-so. The area looked a little sketchy but I had no problems.»

«The desk clerk did not ask for ID when I arrived. Hours later the night clerk asked for my ID, Was told my room was 105 at the end of the building. 105 was near the middle. No iron or ironing board. No stopper for the sink. pillows uncomfortable. Sheets had not been changed and had stains. Needs a total upgrade. Room could have been cleaner. Wall socked for 220 volt was taped to the wall. This creates a safety hazard. No receipt when departing.»
