«Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer.It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. «Wow. What can I say? We have traveled all over the world and stayed at remarkable homes, but this property topped them all. The hosts were fantastic and texted and called to see if we were happy and enjoying ourselves.
