The host provided us with detailed directions on how to get to the property and left us with useful notes. Host is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was helpful. «We went to a hockey tournament in Calgary at Winsport. We were only 8 min away! The home was very clean, it had everything that we needed. The queen bed has a sag in it but the other beds were great. (Teenage boys did not care about the sag and slept well) The kitchen had everything that we needed. Even a spring form cake pan that we made cinnamon rolls in! There is a BBQ. It worked but was difficult to start. The snow removal was done quickly as it snowed quite a bit while we were there. ...

«When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!»

«At our arrival, the door code didn't work after being confirmed with the host 3 hrs prior. Left us stranded outside for over an hour with 2 kids, under 5, in freezing temps at 10 pm because the host was unreachable by me and Vrbo.
