«We had a great stay, it’s a beautifull place. The incheck took longer than expected, because there wasn’t a right description in the advertisement and a wrong key. But overall we had a nice stay and the communication with the host was good. We would come back again and recommend.»

«Herrliches Apartment. Die Fotos sind zutreffend, das Apartment ist eher größer,als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Balkon spitze und auch ansonsten hat uns nichts gefehlt! Es liegt in einer unauffälligen Anlage von der man nichts mitbekommt. Es ist ein kleines spanisch- weißes 2 Etagen-Reihenhaus (Endhaus), die Wohnung liegt oben. «Great location in a really quiet residential area but 2 minutes walk to the beach and a few bars and restaurants. Really well equipped apartment with everything you need to cook and clean. Plenty of towels and spotlessly clean. Lovely backyard area with good size plunge pool which was perfect for cooling off in. «The property was really really nice. The rooftop terrace was super nice. It had everything we needed. Perfect for a holiday for a couple or maybe 3 people. The owner was super nice and always available If we had questions. It was super clean and had a washing Maschine.»

«Schönes Appartement, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Terrasse und Ausblick ist das schönste, die Zimmer wirken online deutlich größer. Check in war easy, unsere Betreuerin Susanna hat sich, wenn ein Problem auftrat, immer gleich gekümmert und war erreichbar. Die Innenstadt in Laufnähe ist schon sehr vorteilhaft, auch genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die Bässe vom Pacha. Für lärmempfindliche nicht optimal.»

«The apartment is just as on the pictures, clean but a little used off. The place is very quiet and the host had some strick rules regarding the noise which were not expected. For example no music outside and not to sit outside after midnight because of the noise we may create. But apart of that everything was functioning as expected and we a nice vacation.»

The apartment complex has a pleasant swimming pool and you can also access the swimming pool of the adjacent hotel, which seems to be managed by the same company.
