«My friends and I had booked this accommodation to spend a few nice days in Ibiza. Unfortunately, our plans were thwarted as the accommodation was obviously rented out twice by the landlord! When we arrived at the accommodation, it turned out that someone was already living in the property, even though we had booked and paid for the accommodation properly!
