The room was big and beautiful. Enormous bed. The breakfast was ok. Nice fitness room wit a fabelous view.

Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast. A standout was Eirik at the front desk, who was super friendly and helpful. On the downside, the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, and the safe was out of batteries and wasn't functional. The location has its pros and cons. It's very convenient—close to the subway station and with a shopping center right next door. However, its proximity to the airport also means it can be quite noisy.

We (family of 4; kids aged 15 & 9) stayed 5 nights between Christmas & New Year's Eve - 2 rooms on the 22nd floor (2221 & 2209). We had a very late check-in, but had communicated this in advance to the hotel so this was no problem at all for Reception to handle. We upgraded ourselves to the Club Lounge upon arrival. The rooms were big and very comfortable, with a large ensuite. The large glass window/wall provided an excellent view out over the rest of the city. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was ...

Oppholdet på Qoya var kort, men veldig fint. Ekstra kudos til de utrolig service-mindet menneskene i resepsjonen som gjorde oppholdet vårt veldig bra!

Nice view from hotel room and skybar, big size of hotel room and a good breakfast. Friendly staff. Can recommend this hotel.
