«Terrible service and check inn. We (family with 2 small kids) arrived to the apartment (the address they sent by email) and the code for the door was wrong. We called the reception, they gave us another code. We came inn to the apartment, and there was others people stuff. We called the reception again and they said it shouldn’t be there and he (the receptionist) will come to us in 10 minutes. We were waiting for 40 minutes and called again. They didn’t answer at all. «This is such a cool experience. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and stocked with all the necessary toiletries. Location is fantastic; you are right off Pink Street near bars and food. It is a loud location, so if you are looking for a quiet, reserved location, this will not be the location for you. BUT if you’re looking to take in the sights and try something new, this is the perfect place! Absolutely loved our stay. »
