Great House and Quiet Location
Great modern home with everything you need. Located in a quiet private close and only a 5 min walk to Palm Cove Jetty via the boardwalk and only 10 min walk to Restaurants and Shops. Great pool and outdoor deck area to relax. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Fantastic Place to stay
Would recommend this place to anyone that may be heading to Cairns! Hostess great to deal with! The pool was an ideal asset to the property. It isn’t far from Cairns and a great drive up to Port Douglas through the winding mountains. Definitely will be revisiting this place again

Great location and stay
This property is in thebperfect location if you want easy access to the esplanade and beach but your own privacy as well. The house is perfect and the pool makes it even more so. Accomodation is key to a great holiday. Kellie is a great host that responds quickly and is very helpful. We will be back again!! Cannot wait!!

Our Cains Experience
The house was clean, easy to work with the property manager and close to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. We rented a car during our stay and would recommend doing so if you plan on exploring otherwise you are able to walk to the beach, food & shopping near by. We were there for a week and explored alot! It’s a very beautiful tropical location!

Palm Cove Paradise
Such a peaceful location within walking distance to the beach , cafes and restaurants. My family and I loved the house ! It was so comfortable and spacious. We felt very at home. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the outdoor area . The gardens are beautiful too ! Kellie was a great host . We look forward to our next visit !

Lovely house in a perfect location
A lovely house in a perfect location, just a very short walk to the esplanade and cafes etc. We didn't end up making use of the Ocean's Edge facilities, but it was nice that they are included. My 10 year old remarked several times that we were very lucky to stay in such a nice house!

Lovely accommodation
We loved our stay at ribbonwood. Gorgeous house with homely touches, toys for children, some pantry items and pool toys. Kellie was so lovely to deal with and very quick to respond to any msg or request for assistance. Location was lovely and quiet in a beautiful neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach and Main Street. Thank you kellie for such a memorable and lovely stay in your house. We will recommend highly to others and friends and we will be back again.

Spacious home, convenient location
The house was ideal for our group of 3 couples, roomy, adequate seating for everyone in the lounge as well as around the dinner table. The estate was quiet and surrounded by homes with beautifully manicured gardens and only a short stroll to the beachfront. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay
Great place to stay located in a very neat, tidy and exclusive housing estate, with only a 5 min stroll to the beach near the pier at Palm Cove. One of our party was elderly/disabled and it was perfect for her to get around with the aid of a Wheeled Walker as well as having the use of a shower chair which were both provided by the owner with the home. Communications with Kellie were excellent. We had requested an early check-in as we had an early flight and even though guests were checking out same day at 10:00 am Kellie was able to have the house ready for us by 11:15 am. We absolutely loved the house and all the amenities. We could not fault anything apart from maybe just a little bit more attention to detail in the cleaning. Although this may have been caused by our request for the early check-in and the cleaner having a very limited time. This was only very minor and did not at all detract from our stay, we had a wonderful and enjoyable stay in the home and would certainly consider staying here again.

Perfection in paradise!

Full size house with plenty of room, good facilities & great value. Bang for bucks much better than an apartment or hotel room. Minutes walk to the beach & restaurants, nice neighbourhood. Planning to use again.

Could not have been better
As it was our 40th wedding anniversary I wanted to do something just a bit extra for my wife. She has always wanted to see Far North Queensland. So I looked around for that perfect place where we could spend the two weeks that we were going for. After much research I found the ideal place being Palm Cove, 20 minutes north of Cairns city. Again after much looking I decided on Ribbonwoods at Palm Cove. The home was exactly what I wanted as my wife had no idea I was planing to take her away. It was big and very comfortable even with its own pool. Five minutes walk to the restaurants and shops but far enough away from any traffic or noise. Needless to say, my wife and I had a wonderful anniversary. To Kellie, thank you again for a wonderful time in your beautiful home, regards Wayne and Janette Greene

Amazing House - for families
What an amazing week we just had back at Palm Cove!! Kellie was wonderful from start to finish so easy to deal with and very accomdating!! House is every families dream such a great quite spot but close enough to walk to shops via boardwalk, pool is amazing and kids played in it almost all day everyday!! Hidden Gem In Paradise
My wife and I wanted our third visit to Palm Cove to be in totally relaxing surroundings, enabling us to kick back, chill out and recharge the batteries. We already knew Palm Cove ticked the relevant boxes with its relaxing charm and amazing cafes and restaurants. Ribbonwoods exceeded our expectations and was simply PERFECT for us. Location, amenities, cleanliness all fabulous. Tucked away in a lovely secluded court location which was an easy and enjoyable stroll into the town and beach. The local residents were so friendly, welcoming and chatty. Our home for a week was so perfect. We spent far more time there than planned as it was just so comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and refreshing..... we are missing the place already. Kellie our host was fantastic to deal with and nothing seemed too much for her. Thanks Kellie it sure was a week we will cherish in our memories and was just what we needed. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Palm Cove location
Our family of 5 had a fantastic week in Kellie's lovely house. Great base to explore around Cairns, and a 5 minute walk via the boardwalk to the Palm Cove Beach. Spacious, modern and comfortable, it is exactly as shown in the photos. The kids especially enjoyed the heated pool. Thankyou!

What a fabulous gem
Kellie’s home is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The house is airy, with plenty of natural light and welcoming. The pool is lovely and such a welcome after a warm day of activities or a beach day at the palm cove beach. There’s a little pathway from the property straight to the esplanade which is so handy and well lit even if walking post sunset. Kellie sent through access details well in advance and texted me when we landed Cairns with her mobile no in case we needed to contact her. We loved the property so much we might look to buy in the area soon!! A wonderful wonderful holiday. Thank you Kellie.

Palm Cove retreat
This beautiful home is tucked into a quiet upscale neighborhood and is yet just a short walk to the ocean. Everything was perfect here: clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, kitchen well-stocked. Staying at this property will be one of our fondest memories of visiting Australia. Ben and Patricia are above and beyond wonderful hosts.

Delightful property and location. Owners went above and beyond.
We booked ten days over Christmas. The house had absolutely everything we could possibly need, even a Christmas tree to set up the presents under for my 8yr old and an umbrella for the occasional torrential rain. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifly tucked away in paradise.
Ribbonwoods Palm Cove in perfectly located in a quiet development only a few hundred meters from the beach, shops and restaurants. The house includes everything you need,including a stunning private pool. Great for a family or two couples to use as home base to explore Palm Cove. I will be staying here again and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Palm Cove!

Perfect home away from home.

Perfect holiday!
This house was in a perfect location for my young family of 5. A picturesque short walk to all the shops, beach and playground. The house had everything that we needed for our 10 day stay, the kitchen was modern and wonderfully equipped, and there were even extra games and things for the kids to play with. The pool was fantastic for cooling off and my kids spent every moment they could in there! Kellie was really great to deal with and I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
