Luksushoteller i Cagayan de Oro

«Decent location but a little noisy outside. Basic facilities at a bargain price»

«TV was acting slow. Shower drain was plugged up. Towels was not inside room, had to call front desk.»

«Limited parking, room dusty, not well maintained, furniture old.»

«So old and dirty property and facilities»

«The room was tiny. The beds were hard as a rock. There were stains everywhere. The woman who checked my family in was extremely rude. They spent the first night with no tv because they were not instructed how to use it. The trash from the previous occupants was still in the trash can. I had to book them another room because it was unacceptable. I also did not get a refund for any of the days that they didn’t use the room. Do not stay here»

«Very friendly people who work here. Stayed for a week. The pool is small, only 7 sunbeds. Breakfast was excellent, except there should be sanitation available for hygiene purposes. The rooms were OK. I had to switch to another room because there was a stinking smell in my bathroom that didn’t go away. Overall: The staff were very friendly and helpful to me. Excellent service and beautiful people that treat you like a celebrity. If I come back, I will definitely give them another shot»

«Convenient location. Clean and modern room.»
