«We had a fantastic stay at The Old Rectory. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable we had in a 3 week tour of the UK! The host, Dave was lovely. So helpful in recommending local sights, and made a wonderful breakfast and coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic as well, Easy to walk to the High Street, beautiful bridge and walking trails, Annan museum, and restaurants etc. Thank you!»

«Veldig bra, søt liten by og flotte mennesker»

«Hjelpsom vertinne, men restauranten var stengt. Helt grei frokost. Ligger i ett rolig område av byen.»

«Fantastisk hotel god mat, Rene store fine rom og senger,»

«The only positive from our stay, if it didn’t Happen, would have actually been a blessing . The front desk agreed to help us check in later than possible by leaving key in lockbox. Unfortunately, same desk clerk told us hotel was in Dumfries which has a road with a similar which led u s to council housing at midnight. Once we discovered the error we have another 1 hour 15 minute ride to “hotel”. Upon arriving, key was in lockbox, room was large but beds were from the 19th century, incredibly ...

«Unfortunately another disappointing night at the Inn. Went for a meal, again staffing issues with chefs resulting in quite a few things not being available. I thought there was a wedding function going on as every now and then loud music would blast through the restaurant area but it was just the music coming from the kitchen area as the doors swung open and closed. Sadly in need of a makeover.»

«My friends and I stayed overnight during our road trip. We chose the hotel because it was along our route and had ample parking available. We were expecting a comfortable stay, good hospitality, quiet surroundings, easy parking… and that is EXACTLY what we got. Zero complaints and would happily book again if in the area.»

«Arrived for 4pm check in called two different numbers no response on either , eventually got someone and got checked in at 5 pm place was freezing and was informed that the boiler was broken so no heating or hot water, place looked like it was decorated back in the 70's and never been touched since , was told to leave out door open and they'd put a heater in room for us which thankfully we didn't as was later told that place is used to home the homeless and immigrants so both our friends and ...

«Et meget koselig og stillferdig hotell sentralt i Dumfries. Enestående eier og personale. Innbydende interiør og standard. Badet var nyoppusset og romslig. God seng. Frokosten utsøkt. Stor parkeringsplass. Frister abdolutt til gjentagelse!»

«This is a cracking flat within a short walk of Dumfries town centre. From the outside, the flats don’t look too inspiring, but it’s clearly been renovated recently and it’s been done really nicely. The two rooms are pretty much identical doubles, and the living room/kitchen is a good size. Nice views of the river from most rooms, and a lovely small balcony coming off the main living area. Would definitely come back if in the area.»

«Stay was amazing very restful. Beds comfy and plenty of space for everyone. Great place to stay with family . Owners very welcoming! Definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!»
