«Gorgeous location with private beach. Highly recommend. However, disappointed the hot tub not working when we were there (likely another guest shut it off accidentally they said). One other small quibble: we were strangely given only three plates, three bowls. For the price point, I think they need not be so stingy on the dishes. Having said that, nicely maintained, gorgeous location.»

«Bottom line: this is a fun place to stay, and I think you will enjoy yourself if you stay here. House needs (and deserves) some TLC. The house could comfortably accommodate 8 guests, and maybe 2-4 more. We were not really familiar with Rita McNeil prior to our visit, but if you are, this place will be a thrill for you (it's her former home). «Although the Rita Suite was clean, comfortable and roomy, and it is in a great location, we found it lacked some basic amenities for travelers such as: Salt and Pepper, cooking oil, servettes, extra roll of paper towel, and sufficient amount of coffee pods for the length of our stay. As well, there was no "Welcome Basket" that we are accustom to seeing at other VRBOs that includes such things as preserves, crackers etc. (i.e. small items that are often not brought by travelers).
