«We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at Cabins in the Woods. I rated it a four for cleanliness because it is a cabin after all. Didn’t expect anything else. Such a charming, comfortable place with plenty of privacy. Ed in the office was so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back! »

«Great location, nice yard space. Lots of cobwebs, unleashed dog, no blinds so the neighbors can see directly into the bed if you have a light on. 1 window unit is not equivalent to AC in the 2 story home. Wouldn't stay again but made it work for a couple of nights.»

«We managed to be lucky enough to book this cabin just as all of the leaves turned so it was like being in a painting. The land is beautiful to walk and the views are amazing. The cabin itself is very cozy and has great character. The kitchen was very convenient and I loved cooking on that stove, and the bathroom was clean and well kept as well. It was great to unplug, read, and relax for a while. Hopefully we will be able to go back again.»

«We loved this property: On the trails, close to the village, the open floor plan allowed us to all interact, the huge deck was great for hanging out! We loved the fire pit and the entire laid back "Cabin"! This is a perfect place to stay if your a rowdy, beer drinking group of MTB'ers! We have stayed in over 10 properties in East Burke every September and this was one of our favorites!!!!»

«My friends and I stayed here for a weekend together. The house was perfect for hosting all of us. We were able to make meals together, sled in the backyard and play games. The house was really cozy and really worked out great for our reunion. There's a grocery store nearby and about 20 minutes to skiing. Communication with the property management was great.»

«The cabin itself was lovely the views breathtaking just a couple of hiccups really. We had a 4 Hour drive to get to the cottage which we got to a few minutes early before check-in before four. So we left and came back at four housekeeping was still there. My husband asked how long they would be. They said about a half an hour, so we sat in our car for half an hour. Once again, the cottage is lovely but the screened in porch area. The screens many of them are completely loose blowing in the wind. ...

«We loved staying in this cozy cabin! We had a bit of a hiccup with check in (the door code didn’t work and Vacasa was difficult to get ahold of) but once we were in, we really enjoyed our stay! «This cabin has great potential, but there needs to be full disclosure and clarity about its water issues. It was charming and clean, but we were so disappointed that both the gas grill and gas fireplace on the deck were unusable. There was only one empty propane tank under the grill and nothing in the fireplace. There is a wood burning/coal fire pit that we supplied our own wood for. The host did not respond to my inquiry about whether there was an additional propane tank someplace on site. ...
