«TL;DR: Chill, low-energy resort with good food but notable issues. Only one main pool (second is paid “Reserve”). Nights are quiet—most guests are in by 10:30. Activities fill quickly, so arrive early or risk being turned away. Resort even ran out of tequila one day.
Biggest concern: money was stolen from our room by staff, and management was dismissive and failed to honor compensation.

«This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. «Beautiful property. At this price point, however, I expected top notch service and the resort seemed to be short staffed at times. I waited 1.5 hours before receiving help with a matter in my room. The resort also has strict booking policies for tours and their spa services.

«This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless.
Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for ...
