«Lovely resort, food was very good in Sante and The Cave. Good cocktail options too. Clean rooms and pool areas. We did a lot of research and looked at a lot of hotels and this one consistently has lovely reviews, and I have to agree. The entertainment staff, especially Miguel, Enrique and Jorge were really great. The entertainment is all subtle and not overwhelming. «There are multiple pools, and a fun beach cove. However, the food was very expensive and not as good as I would hope for the price. Because you are locked in to the property, there are not many other options, unless you want to pay $100 to a taxi to get somewhere.»

«The room was clean the AC worked perfectly which was a huge plus it was extremely hot the week we were there. The resort/pool was not crowded, the food could have been better! «I gave this 3 stars when measured against other 5-star resorts we've stayed at in Mexico — this one didn't hold up. The food, amenities, and service fell short compared to other 5-star all-inclusive resorts we've visited in Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, and Cancun.
