«Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and ...

«It was ok. Nothing special by any means. The front desk people were mediocre. The rest in the back had great service. No upgrades other than getting a room right above a restaurant with all the smoke/exhaust coming on you when you stepped outside. When I let them know and asked hey said that was all that was available.»

«The resort itself was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The restaurants were excellent, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, the biggest area of opportunity is the customer service and overall attitude of the staff. The majority of our interactions with employees came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking any sense of urgency.
One particularly disappointing experience was with Tatiana at the steakhouse, who was extremely dismissive. Additionally, the constant pressure from ...

«Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada.
