«Nice large property for 2 or 4 people but 6 might struggle to find sufficient seating, glasses and mugs. Very clean and quiet during February.Difficult to find/open lockbox in the dark with no lights on.Some TLC required to fix inside & outside lights, lack of heat from air conditioning units, and trip hazard by front entrance.Does not meet many of Portuguese regulations for rental properties relating to fire/smoke detectors, emergency numbers or property/site information.»

«La casa está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. No hay que comprar elementos auxiliares(servilletas, jabón, etc), solo la comida. La casa estaba muy limpia. Tiene una terraza muy amplia y aparcamiento privado delante de la puerta. Está alejado de Albufeira, por lo que es necesario coche para desplazarse. «We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tulum. The villa is spacious, incredibly bright, and provided the perfect balance of privacy and comfort for our family. The kids loved the large private pool, and we spent most of our evenings enjoying barbecues in the outdoor dining area while taking in the peaceful countryside views. The location is excellent—very quiet, yet just a short drive from fantastic golf courses and beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!»

«Sympatique villa et fraiche malheureusement on etait en avril donc besoin de chaleur encore le soir.Procedure d'arrivée top. Piscine belle et grande mais 1.80m de profondeur sur toute la surface, simple echelle pour y entrer. 3 personnes ne sachant pas nager n'ont pas pu y acceder : fatigant d'y rester pour les autres n'ayant pas pied.Materiel dans l'ensemble vetuste et mauvaise literie. Nous avons passé un agreable sejour en famille heureusement. »

«The house is very nice however there were security concerns as one of the doors onto terrace at the back could not be locked as it was broken. Also there is no fence at the back so possible for anyone to access the garden and pool. One of the sun beds was broken and luckily it was found before anyone used it otherwise someone would have been injured. «Place was large, bright, clean and well supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Check in instructions, tips for our stay and check out guide were very clear and provided in advance. The couple of questions we did have were answered immediately. Great communication by host. Great place to stay, easy walk to beach, restaurants, bars in Albufeira. One note, there is no clothes dryer, so be prepared to hang dry clothes that get wet. »

"Pine Cliff var et veldig fint sted å tilbringe tid for en familie. Vi var glad for tilgang til både strand og basseng, og aktiviteter som passelig golf. Alle som jobber der var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det var et lite minus at det var vanskelig å få bord på restaurantene på resorten, men det var mange hyggelig alternativ både like utenfor og i nabobyene."
