«We only stayed for one night. The jets in the whirlpool didn't work. The outside door to the building wouldn't open with your key card. The soda machine took our money, gave us change, but the bottle didn't come out. But we got refunded from the front desk and a bottle of water. Otherwise everything seemed fine. The bed was great, so that makes up for some of the other issues. The staff was really helpful and polite.»

«Cabin is exactly as described. Host sent several messages to insure everything was fine. Just a couple of minutes from downtown Hayward. Comfortable bed along with two bunk beds, perfect for a family with two kids. No stove, but apartment size fridge, coffee maker etc.»
