«The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. »

«The midtown home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for one or two people. The unit was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary amenities such as bathroom soap and shampoo as well as kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable and living room area was comfortable as well. Check in and out extremely easy and communication with management was excellent. They respond quickly to any questions. Air conditioning consisted of a window units in the living room and bedroom.
