- Pets welcome. Please understand that the garden area backs straight onto the river. There are no barriers or fences between the garden and the river.

Are pets allowed at the property?
Yes! Pets are welcome. Please ensure they are kept safe and supervised when in the car park.
The main road through Miller’s Dale is immediately outside the car park. The countryside and riverside walks are 100meters from the doorstep.

Can I bring children and infants?
Children and infants are welcome. Please note however, we do not provide any travel cot or high chair. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially in the car park and by the riverside.

Is smoking allowed inside the property?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside. You may smoke outside in the garden or patio, but please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

Can I host parties or events?
No parties or large events are allowed.
Please respect quiet hours and our residential neighbourhood.

Is parking available?
Yes, one parking space is available on-site for guest use.
