«The room was very clean and tidy! Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is amazing very filling! And the parking is very easy too access but when there are a few guests staying the car park can get very tight, overall really good and best bit its only 17 mins drive too Alton towers from there »

«Left over noodles on the floor , dust and black mold in the shower , stains on the bed spread Person walking round naked and waking us up at 3 in the morning by pounding on our door , very noisy but staff where very nice and supportive»

«Good location, good price. Looks lovely from outside. However, inside, carpets needs cleaning as our feet were sticking to it. Kids room light was flickering, twice approached different members of staff but nothing was done. Not enough mugs in the room (only 2 in a family room).»

«I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process»

«Stayed the night due to a friends birthday event, instructions clear and precise, room was lovely with plenty of tea, coffee and various glasses. Would definitely recommend.»

«In poor state. Dirty toilet with skid marks and one towel used when we first arrived. Tiny double bed with only one duvet and one sheet, which they had arranged horizontally as it was for two people. Did not work in practice, especially since it was no heat and therefore very cold at night. The radiator did not work and could not be adjusted. Also, the shower had low pressure and there were no fridge. Only good thing is location if you are going to Old Trafford and MAN airport. »
