«This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".)
We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.
It was nice to have reserved parking in front of the door, but, since I didn't need my car for most of the week, the ...

«Property is exactly as described. It has a well stocked kitchen. Lots of storage if you need that. It is easy walking distance from a grocery store and less than 3 miles from the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium. The unit is clean and well maintained. The host was very responsive and friendly. »
