The central location puts you just a short walk from the beach and the town center.

The light-filled apartment was furnished by an experienced interior designer with great attention to detail. Harmonious colors, high-quality materials, and stylish furniture create a cozy atmosphere. In the open living area, a cozy wood-burning stove invites you to relax—perfect for getting nice and warm and comfortable after a walk in the fresh air. The modern kitchen—equipped with a Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, juicer, and SodaStream—offers everything you need for culinary delights. Through floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the view of the terrace and the water at any time.

**Sleeping**
In the master bedroom, a high-quality box spring bed ensures restful nights. Blackout curtains and warm colors create a peaceful atmosphere. The second bedroom is equipped with two versatile single box-spring beds that can be joined to form a double bed if needed—ideal for children, friends, or couples.

**Wellness Bathroom with Infrared Sauna**
After a day enjoying the North Sea air, the wellness bathroom with infrared sauna awaits you. The walk-in shower, stylish details, and a washing machine make this room an oasis of relaxation.

**Dog Heaven**
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome—we’ve really thought of everything here! A cozy bed, bowls, towels, and even a handy outdoor shower are already waiting for your dog. For adventures together, a dog bike trailer with a hitch is available free of charge upon request.
In the guest app, you’ll also find our “Paw Guide” with lots of valuable tips on dog-friendly beaches, walking trails, restaurants, and services in the area—for a completely relaxing vacation with your furry friend.

**Bedding and towels included**
This KomfortPlus accommodation offers you a special all-inclusive service: Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels are provided—for a relaxing start to your vacation.

All windows are equipped with insect screens. A lockable storage room with charging stations for e-bikes ensures safety and convenience. Two parking spaces, one of which is right next to the house, are available for your use.

SeeZeit is located in a four-unit building. For larger travel groups or vacations with friends, the upper apartment **HimmelFrei**—which features a large rooftop terrace—can also be booked, allowing you to enjoy time together while still having your privacy.
