«Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!»

«Very comfortable bed and very quiet.»

«Lovely visit! Would definitely stay here again!!»

«Close to St Charles streetcar. Excellent breakfast restaurant across the street. Room did not have a refrigerator.»

«All good»

«I stayed at this hotel/apartment around November last year. The standard is high and very comfortable. I love the rooftop pool and the availabilities around the Memoir. I will definitely stay here for my next trip to NOLA. »

«Good hotel. Everything very good. Unfortunately no cleaning service available during the stay due to «manning crisis» Also the air condition was impossible to control in a reasonable way. »

«This hotel is in a great location, right outside the French Quarter and near the aquarium. We could walk to all the places we wanted to visit in the French Quarter and on Frenchmen Street, where the best jazz clubs are. The hotel is a refurbished antique sugar warehouse. Our room was large, with a high ceiling and several windows. They do not have coffee makers in the room, in spite of photos on the website, but you can always go down to the lobby for coffee. There is a small pool, probably ...

«The hotel itself is great and a majority of the hotel staff were super helpful. One staff on my last day implied my card was rejecting after trying to recheck in (it was not). Then several times made the process more and difficult. Even stopping me after I checked in, as I walked in to tell me my certificate was expired (I had already worked with management extensively on this). Other than this 1 staff member my stay was overall pleasant and the entire hotel was safe, clean, and the breakfast ...

«We were able to check in early. The facility was clean and staff were responsive to need for additional towels and telephone repair. They also saved us $40 on airport transport when we left by calling a cab since ride share services reportedly increase their prices. When concerts, conferences, etc are in town. It is a convenient location for someone wanting to sleep outside the Bourbon Street corridor, yet near enough to walk to many of the tourist attractions, and Frenchman’s Street Jazz ...

«This place is only about location. The room did not have much - no hairdryer, no coffeemaker, lights were difficult to figure out, no bed light. The staff were not very accommodating. One guy was ignorant, not helpful and all about being on his cell phone with no attention on customers. He came across as rude and as if he did not care at all. Asked questions he seemed annoyed. Not impressed by this place at all - but location is fantastic. »

«Linda and I were very pleased with Four Points, New Orleans. Spacious, clean and modern. And in the heart of the French Quarter. Were already talking about returning.»

«Koselig hotell med fint men litt slitt rom. Ingen aircondition, kun vifte, men temperaturen på rommet var likevel fin. Veldig koselig personale, fin beliggenhet og gangavstand til det meste. »

«The building was well kept and staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and had most things you would need. The location is excellent for commuting via streetcar and walking.»
