With approximately 88 m² of living space spread over two floors, this lovingly furnished vacation home accommodates up to 4 people and features a well-thought-out floor plan and a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for relaxing evenings in the kitchen. The open-concept living and dining area is bathed in natural light and invites you to linger with a cozy sleeper sofa, a spacious dining table, and a fireplace. Here, after an eventful day at the North Sea, you can unwind, read a good book, or let the evening come to a close in a cozy atmosphere.

The large patio doors lead directly out to the sunny terrace. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast in the fresh air or a social barbecue evening with the electric grill—here you can fully savor the North Sea air.

Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with two single beds (90x200 cm each)—ideal for families or friends. Two bathrooms provide additional comfort. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and an infrared sauna, perfect for relaxing after long walks. Upstairs, there’s another bathroom with a bathtub.

For your convenience, a free parking space is available right next to the house. You can easily store bicycles, strollers, or water sports equipment in the private, lockable shed.

A special highlight is the new, modern playground in the heart of the resort, which is especially popular with families. The popular Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for days at the beach, mudflat hikes, or water sports.
