Step inside and enjoy the spacious open-plan living area, designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. A large wood fire creates a cozy atmosphere for winter nights, while the modern kitchen, complete with a scullery and coffee machine, offers everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply unwind.
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a generous open loft with a pull-out double sofa bed.
• Master Bedroom (Ground Level): King bed, luxurious ensuite with double shower, freestanding bath, toilet, and a huge walk-in robe. Smart TV and Split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort.
• Bedroom 2 (Ground Level): Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (Ground Level): Queen bed + single bunk bed—ideal for families or groups
• Loft (Top Level) : Open, airy space with a double-size sofa bed
Both bathrooms feature double showers for that added touch of luxury. Outside, the alfresco area includes outdoor blinds, a built-in BBQ, and lush landscaped gardens with a peaceful fishpond. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a meal in the shaded outdoor space.
The upstairs loft area offers a spacious and versatile retreat. It features a Smart TV, huge projector, perfect for movie nights. There's a dedicated kids' area complete with comfy beanbags and a selection of games to keep the little ones entertained. For those needing to catch up on work, the loft also includes an office space equipped with a desk and a Bluetooth printer.
Additional features include a huge lock-up garage with room for two large vehicles, free high-speed Wi-Fi, split system aircon to main living area and Master Bedroom and full laundry facilities.
