The Space:

Step inside and enjoy a spacious, relaxed coastal villa designed for easy holiday living. Thoughtfully arranged across two levels, the home offers comfort, flexibility, and plenty of space for families and groups.



The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, ample bench space, and a dishwasher, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. The open-plan living and dining area provides a comfortable space to relax and gather, with a light-filled, coastal feel throughout.



The property features three bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms are located downstairs and are fully enclosed, offering private and comfortable sleeping spaces. The upstairs bedroom is open-plan in design, creating a unique loft-style retreat that adds to the relaxed coastal feel while still providing a comfortable and spacious sleeping area.



Bathrooms are modern and functional, including an ensuite off the master with a spa bath for added relaxation. Crisp linens, soft furnishings, and thoughtful styling throughout ensure a comfortable and restful stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of Villa 1 with separate parking at the Villa that can easily accommodate four cars off street.



The Neighborhood:

Whitesands Villa 1 enjoys an unbeatable coastal position directly across the road from the calm waters of Geographe Bay.



Guests can simply stroll across to the beach for morning swims, paddleboarding, sunset walks, or relaxed days by the shoreline. The foreshore path also offers an easy walk or cycle into Dunsborough town centre, where you’ll find boutique shopping, cafés, restaurants, local markets, and everyday essentials.



Set within one of the South West’s most sought-after coastal regions, the property also provides convenient access to nearby wineries, breweries, surf beaches, walking trails, and natural attractions throughout the Margaret River region.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Other Notes:

This property is part of the Whitesands complex, with additional villas also managed on-site. Ideal for group stays or larger family bookings (subject to availability).
