- To keep everyone comfortable and meet City of Busselton short-stay regulations, please note: 
1. Pets must not be left unattended at property at any time.  
2. Pets must be supervised or leashed when outside. 
3. No pets on indoor furniture or beds.  
4. Please clean up after your pet — bags and bins provided. 
5. Guests must clean up after pets immediately (waste bags provided) 
6. Additional charges may apply for damage or excessive cleaning.

- $200 refundable security deposit required prior to stay (refunded within 7 days post-checkout pending inspection). 
- Photo ID of primary guest required before check-in. 
- This property is fully self-contained with starter supplies of tea, coffee, toiletries and cleaning products for the first couple of days. Additional restocking available on request (small fee may apply). 
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
